Access Control Systems — Tweed Heads, Byron Bay & Gold Coast

Decide exactly who can get in, where, and when, and change it in seconds without re-keying a single lock. Hinterland Security Group designs and installs access control systems for businesses, strata complexes, schools and homes across the Tweed Shire, Byron Shire and southern Gold Coast.

Business access control

Give staff swipe cards, fobs or phone access, set different permissions for different rooms, and see a record of who came and went. Lost a card? Cancel it on the spot instead of changing the locks.

Strata and multi-site

Control building entries, car park gates, gyms and common areas, with easy credential management for building managers and body corporates.

Keypads and gate access for homes

Code entry for front doors and gates, with separate codes for family, cleaners and tradespeople that you can switch off any time.

Works with your other systems

Access control works best alongside your intercom, alarm and CCTV, so the alarm disarms when an authorised person enters and cameras record every entry. We design the whole system to work together.

The equipment we use

We install trusted platforms including Inner Range and Hikvision, scaled to fit anything from a single door to a growing business.

Areas we cover

Tweed Heads, Kingscliff, Pottsville, Cabarita, Murwillumbah, Byron Bay, Ocean Shores, Mullumbimby, Coolangatta, Burleigh Heads and the wider Gold Coast and Brisbane.

Common questions

What can people use to get in? Cards, key fobs, PIN codes or a phone app, depending on the system.

What happens if someone loses a card? You cancel it in the system straight away, so it no longer opens anything.

Can it work with my alarm and cameras? Yes. We can integrate access control with your alarm, intercom and CCTV.

Do you do free quotes? Yes. Call 0410 343 748 or book online.
